Our service
Flaura Travel does not run tours itself; we are an intermediary working with licensed, independent local guides and operators across Turkey. We handle booking, payment collection and customer support; the tour itself is delivered by the relevant local operator.
Booking process
- You submit a request for a date; this request does not automatically guarantee your spot.
- Our team checks availability and contacts you via WhatsApp/email.
- Once confirmed, a deposit of 30% of the total tour price is paid online by card to secure your spot.
- The remaining balance (70%) is paid directly to your guide locally on the day of the tour.
- Bookings can be requested up to 24 hours before departure.
Pricing and currency
Prices are per person and may be displayed in EUR, USD or TRY; TRY and USD prices are converted from a reference rate and may be subject to market fluctuation. The currency and amount you agree to at the time of booking is fixed for your deposit.
Cancellations and refunds
See our separate Refund Policy for cancellation terms. Only the deposit paid is refundable — the balance is not charged in advance, so there is nothing to refund on that portion.
Liability
Tours are delivered by independent, licensed local operators. Flaura Travel manages the booking and communication process; liability and insurance for the actual delivery of the tour rests with the relevant local operator. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance.
Force majeure
If a tour must be cancelled due to weather, natural disasters, epidemics, or other unforeseeable events, we will work with you on an alternative date or a resolution consistent with our applicable refund policy.
Governing law
